Meditation
Would you like to think clearly, feel calm and stay centred?
Meditation is a simple and profound practice that supports all of the above and more. I practice a form of meditation that you can describe as training the mind. It is done in silence, with the simple intention stay focused with the mind by for example watching the breath.
I have learnt most of my meditation in Vipassana, Tibetan Buddhist practices, movement meditation practices from Prana Vinyasa Flow and Kashmir Tandava practices. I meditate often with an online group guided daily by Steve Cope and Annie van Birken - join them here.
